The about screen provides information about your eKEY, as well as information on how to contact support.

Reset Authorization
This feature should only be used if directed by board or support center staff. Resetting the authorization for your key cannot be undone, and information contained on your key could be lost. You will be required to enter a new authorization code to reactivate your key which can be obtained from SupraWEB.
Select the menu button on your device to access this feature.

Email Diagnostics
If you are encountering issues with eKEY, this option will collect information about your key and send it to Supra Support. (Please note, none of your personal information is collected.)
