The installation package contains the Marvell Management Configuration Installer
Package for the Marvell Yukon Ethernet Controller.
This README file explains how to install Marvell Management Configuration
Installer Package on a system with one of the following operating systems
installed:
Windows XP (32bit), Windows Vista (32bit), Windows 7 (32bit)
To install Marvell Management Configuration Installer Package, the following file
is required:
setup.exe
NOTE: To install/remove/repair the package, you must be logged in
as a user with administrative rights.
3.1 Package Installation
On plug & play Windows versions, the adapter is found, identified, and configured
automatically. Cancel all operating system attempts to install the driver
automatically.
To install the package:
1. Double-click the setup file "setup.exe".
2. Follow the instructions displayed during the installation procedure.
3.2 Package Removal
To remove the package:
1. Double-click the setup file "setup.exe", and select "Remove".
2. Follow the instructions displayed during the installation procedure.
In order to install the package silently, the following commands should be
executed. ([xxx] describes an optional parameter)
4.1 Package Installation
setup.exe [-I] /S or setup.exe [-I] /s
4.2 Package Remove
setup.exe -U /S or setup.exe -U /s
4.3 Further Options
The installation status is logged in the file "%WINDIR%\ASFINSTWRAP.log".
If you should encounter any problems with the installation package, please
re-read the instructions above and the documentation supplied with the operating
system carefully.
Additionally, refer to your system event log file (using the Event Viewer), and
check it for entries from the Marvell Management Configuration Installer Package.
If your particular problem is not listed or the error persists, please send your
system event log file to our technical support.
