In DisableEncoder call for HDMI, we check if there in the future display config. If YES, then we don’t touch the PD bit. If NO, then we will RESET the PD bit.

Increases the GMM_KMD_HW2_RESOURCE_SEG segment size on LKP & BLB by 5 pages. This resloves internal driver allocation failures that caused FnDraw.exe Overlay Destination Color Key test to fail. 5 pages is significant as Win7 now requires 5 pages for internal dma buffers to map dummy pages when resources are unmapped from video memory.
