How To...
|
To specify special program settings, click the Preferences bar in the Options Panel. The Preferences tab will appear. This tab shows the preferences. |
From the Preferences tab, you can adjust the following program settings to make them available the next time you scan the documents: |
- Transparency — this setting changes the appearance of all the ScanThru windows.
Use Transparency to select the transparency mode and adjust the level of windows opacity. Increasing the Opacity (%) level makes the window look more bright and solid; decreasing it makes the windows look dim and transparent.
|
- Port — this setting selects the device port the ScanThru works with.
ScanThru can handle only one physical device at a time: either local or network.
Use Change Port to switch from local device to network one or vice-versa. You can also select a particular network device among several available.
** Network port is only available to a Network-Enabled Scanner.
|
- Options — this setting automatically specifies the actions to be performed upon ScanThru start-up, and/or after preview.
|
For specifying actions, use the following checkboxes:
- Preview on program start
- Auto-crop image after preview
- Auto-adjust image after preview
- Start from scanner
