As an invoice template for hotel or motel business, it is necessary to detail when a customer is check in and out. This is implemented by adding two columns to the invoice body section, titled with 'Check In' and 'Check Out'. As you can see from the screen shot, there are 7 columns on the invoice body. On the invoice heading section, you can detail everything about your business, including a logo image, your hotel/motel name, address, city/state and zip, country, web site and email address, phone number and fax number. The invoice# and invoice date fields are located to the right of the hotel name. Usually you need to fill unique invoice # for each invoice you create.

All the totals, such as the line total, sub total, taxes, total and balance due, are calculated automatically.
