Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 11 Camera Driver

Fixes:
- Fixed an issue wherein Lowlight function is not enabled by default in some systems with Integrated Camera model.
- Fixed an issue wherein camera preview image will lag about one second if machine is idle for few minutes while camera preview is ON.
- Corrected Operating Support list in readme information. (removed Microsoft Windows Vista 64-bit).
