HP G61-429WM Notebook Quick Launch Buttons Driver

Fixes:
- Adds a non-interactive unistall switch. To use this new uninstall switch, set “SilentUnintstatll” REG_SZ to “yes” in the HKCUSoftwareHewlett-PackardHP Quick Launch Buttons location.
- Fixes an issue, which occurs on tablet PCs, where the screen rotation is limited to two orientations when in tablet mode, and where the WWAN is disabled when the WLAN is enabled.
