Fixes:
1. Patched system hanged after overclocking failed with i7 980X or changing CPU from
Gulftown to i7 980X.
2. Set default uclk frequency to 2133MHz for i7 970.
3. Change String \"CPU turbo power limit\" to \"High TDP Turbo Mode\" 


It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
