HP EliteBook 2530p Notebook SCR33x Card Reader Driver

Fixes:
- Adds HP System Software Manager (SSM) support for the following notebook models: * HP ProBook 6450b Notebook PC * HP ProBook 6550b Notebook PC * HP ProBook 6455b Notebook PC * HP ProBook 6555b Notebook PC 
- Provides a Microsoft Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) certified driver.
- Fixes an issue where the Smart Card hardware is shown as a removable device in the Microsoft Windows System Tray "Safely Remove Hardware" menu.
- Fixes an issue where the notebook/laptop wakes up if a user removes a Smart Card from the reader while the system is in Standby (S3) mode.
