Dolby Control Center is an user interface for controlling the 2nd generation of Dolby PCEE (PCEE-Spruce)

Dolby PCEE has two technologies as follows:
- Dolby Home Theater
Dolby Home Theater places listeners in the middle of the action for a cinema-style experience. It includes Dolby Headphone, Dolby Sound Space Expander, Natural Bass, Dolby Prologic IIx, and Dolby Digital Live.
- Dolby Sound Room
Dolby Sound Room creates a stunning personal surround sound listening experience. It includes Dolby Headphone, Dolby Sound Space Expander, and Natural Bass.

Dolby Home Theater/Sound Room has the following functions:
- Sound Space Expander
Sound Space Expander enhances stereo speakers by widening the sound around the listener.
- Natural Bass
Natural Bass can extend the bass response of any speakers by up to an octave.
- Dolby Headphone
Dolby Headphone creates a surround sound listening experience using any set of headphone
