- Fix WOL fail in windows 2000 when "Magic Packet" option in "Wake-On-Lan Capabilities" is selected
- Increase compatibility with 10 Dump Hubs
For RTL8168:
- Fix WOL fail in windows 2000 when "Magic Packet" option in "Wake-On-Lan Capabilities" is selected
- Add PHY parameters
- Increase compatibility with 10 Dump Hubs
