HP Compaq nx9110 Notebook ATI VGA Driver

Fixes:
- Fixes issue where the notebook stops responding and a "blue screen" error is displayed. When this issue occurs, the notebook may also restart.
- Fixes issue where an error message that references the ati3duag.dll file and one of the following stop codes is generated: 0x05, 0x08, 0x0a, 0x0c,0x0d, and 0x0e.
